All of CommandLaw’s legal researchers are graduates of top 15 U.S. law schools. Having worked in various positions, ranging from large national firms to the offices of state prosecutors, our researchers have proven track records of legal excellence as well as high writing and research standards.
2. How much is this service?
$149 per inquiry.
3. Why is this service so inexpensive?
We eliminate what is unnecessary for our research: overhead. CommandLaw does not have large offices with oak-paneled conference rooms. We also forgo a large paralegal staff, since our researchers are already lawyers.
4. Is CommandLaw.com a law firm? And if I pay you for legal research have I retained CommandLaw.com as legal counsel?
No. We are legal researchers, solely providing information and assistance. No request for information, or completed query ever implies retention of CommandLaw as legal counsel.
5. What legal databases will CommandLaw.com use to answer my query?
Obviously it depends on the particular legal query at hand, however, generally we utilize Lexis, LoisLaw, and WestLaw as well as a host of other legal databases.
6. What sort of confidentiality protection do you guarantee?
Confidentiality is imperative for effective legal work. Therefore, CommandLaw.com takes extensive measures to assure sensitive information is never disclosed. 7. Will you be able to help with any of my legal problems?
We can field queries on all aspects of the law, with a primary expertise in real estate law. We, however, are not legal counsel, and our clients should never construe that we are. Additionally, CommandLaw reserves the right not to accept your query if we believe we could not adequately provide an answer. If this is the case your credit card will not be charged.
